SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We know you want your product as quickly as possible, so we ship as fast as we can. Most standard orders ship within 1-3 days. Lead times for custom orders vary, so please contact us if you have any shipping questions.
Most international shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
If you choose to cancel an open order before it’s been paid, you can do so at any time from your account page. After an order has been paid, please contact us for order cancellation.
If you purchased a standard product directly from us here at lowboybeaters.com and you are not satisfied for any reason, return it to us, unused and in the condition you received it, within 30 days and we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the product, less shipping costs. Low Boy products that are purchased from a retail outlet should be returned to the original place of purchase.

Low Boy LLC warrants its products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.
